KDE Desktop menus

Well, if you want the KDE original menu, you can get the source code.  The basic 
menu file: "/etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu" is in: "kdelibs/kded" but I'm not 
clear on where the other stuff in: "/etc/xdg/menus" comes from.
