app window location

[psyco at solstice.kausi.com]

how do i change to default app/window open location? it is vary anoying
having everyting open in the upper-lefthand corner covering my icons.

if i could get then right and down one icon row, or even semi centered
like the old macs did....... or random.

anywhere but ontop of my system icons on the desktop!
