True.
You could check the database on bugs.kde.org if there is already a wishitem 
for that and file one if there isn't.

Hmm, maybe you can export to a standard format in Outlook first.
Something like mbox (often names Netscape Mail format) or maildir.
Those can be directly used by almost all mail clients.

I am not a SuSE user but I would guess that there is such a setuppossibility 
in YaST.
