konqueror Tools->Change Browser Identification

[Minson, John Spawar]

By creating  an entry via the kde control center in the web browsing -> identification

I was able  to get the C B I button  to function . chicken  <-> egg ?

My "Tools->Change Browser Identification" is "greyed" out . 
Any suggestions ?
