kmix dcop script

Since the kmix with KDE 3.2 doesn't save its settings, I wrote a 
little shell script that uses DCOP to set the volumes and mute what I 
don't need.  It is better than nothing... you'll have to edit it to 
get what you want.  kdcop is helpful...
