Bad instalation when upgrade from 3.1.4 to 3.2 (something very wrong!)

Hi All,
 I use debian woody stable version, after I upgraded KDE from 3.4.1 to 3.2 
using the download.kde.org through apt something strange occured:

 I took some picture and put them in:
 http://www.tci.ufal.br/~lms/kde/

Please, I need some help... Thank you...
