Problem with "Help"

Hi!
I have a fresh KDE3.2 compiled on Fedora 1, and have problem wih the Help 
Center. When I try to access help, the following text is displayed in the 
Center right panel: 
"An error occurred while loading help:/kontact/index.html:

Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unknown protocol 'help'."

So I figuerd that I have missed something when compiling. But what?
Any leeds?
