KDE 3.2.0 dcopserver hangs after shutdown

After I logout and the X server has terminated there is almost always 
still a dcopserver process around.

The process can only be killed by SIGKILL other signals are ignored.

Restarting KDE always starts an additional dcopserver the old one is not 
reused or terminated.

This problem has been reported on the kde-devel list already by another 
user but this was before the 3.2.0 release -- so I just wanted to say 
it's still there :)

Configuration:

- no kdm
- kernel 2.6.2
- NPTL
- XFree86 version: 4.3.0.1
