unable to compile arts

I'm trying to compile arts-1.2.0 (KDE-3.2), but I' m getting always the 
following errors

I'm useing qt-3.2.3, gcc-3.2.3, kernel-2.4.24, audiofile-0.2.5

Any ideas whats going on?
