KDE GStreamer Bindings

It isn't in kdeutils, so I pulled it out of CVS. However, it won't
compile. In the directory 'kdenonbeta/gst/kde' compilation fails with

wrapper.h:24:31: kde/util/smartptr.h: No such file or directory

I can't find any file called 'smartptr.h' anywhere in kdenonbeta.

Can anyone please give me a hint what to do now?
