KMail configuration window's size exceeds screen height (1024x768)

The problem is that i cannot drag bottom part of window (it's out of the 
screen) and i cannot resize it by dragging top border too. This size is 
default, i just created new account and it exactly the same issue. I am 
currently rebuilding new release (2mdk - i have 1mdk) of cooker's kdepim 
SRPM, maybe it's fixed.
