workspaces

i want to let kde hide the windows of the taskbar if i switch
to another workspace, so every workspace has it's own
taskbar. i can't find the option to setup this in kcontrol (kde
3.2). perhaps anyone may help me?

and there is another question. i can switch the fonts of kde
via kcontrol (v. 3.2.0), but the fonts in the taskbar (the titles
of the programs) are still very large. the font doesn't change
if i change any font in ktaskbar.
