KDE 3.3.2 and GTK theme

hello I upgrade from KDE 3.3.0 to 3.3.2
and I lost Qt GTK theme...

All GTK application looks strange... ;)
it looks like default gtk theme... where can I change this settings...

it seems that ~/.gtkrc-2.0 doesn't work...
