File previews

Hello:

I've noticed that konqueror isn't always creating file previews. This 
generally occurs in directories that contain a lot of media files (ie images 
and movies). Is there some sort of timing mechanism or is this a 
configuration issue or a bug.

kde 3.3.2 binaries from Suse.
