font problem in debian

Hi I have a problem with fonts in Debian and KDE:

I setted all the fonts in kcontrol with the same size but different 
application are having different font sizes.

when I set the fonts again with the different application open all the fonts 
increase or decrease but they keep staying different size:one bigger and one 
smaller
