[Help] How to start application in a given desktop?

Hi,

 In CDE, if I want to start xterm in worksapce named "Two", I can do following:
 
 xterm -xrm "*workspaceList: Two"
 
 However it doesn't work in KDE, so how can I do it in KDE?

 PS. I know "kstart --desktop Two xterm" is a workaround.
