KDE Menu Editor fails to launch

Ok....the command tells the system to search the entire root directory 
for any mention of the word kmenuedit. As you can see from the results, 
there are no files in any /bin directory. This is why it will not 
launch, so I guess that question is answered, but the larger, and more 
frightening one remains; Where did kmenuedit go? A real head scratcher.
