Shortcut for 'Recent Documents'?

Hello,

Is there a keyboard shortcut for the 'Recent Documents' menu, or how can I set 
one? I couldn't find anything in the Control Centre or the settings for the 
taskbar.

Also, where do you set the number of recent documents?
