losing the panel

Sorry for the html...
I want to make the panel inaccessible for other users, not just hide it.

please do not send html email to this list.
there's a way to hide it if you're concerned about it taking up space,
just
right-click on the panel, select "configure panel" select the "hiding"
tab,
and check the "hide automatically" radio button. then set it to
something
like 1 second.
you can also manually hide the panel if you select "show (left or right)
panel
hiding button" in the same menu. then you can just click on the hiding
button and it slides off the screen until you need/want it.
