Postscript printing problems

When I print from Konqueror or Kate to my Postscript printer (HP LaserJet 
5100), the print job previews correctly but doesn't print correctly - the top 
half inch or so of the text is cut off. That is, it appears as though the 
printer attempted to print the top half inch of the text above the page's 
"imageable area". The result is that the printed text "runs off" the top of 
the page.
