Can't activate BCC

I was having trouble w/K-mail and had a friend help to get up and 
running.  Everything seems fine, except now I don't have a BCC line 
in the header when I try to reply to, forward, or compose a post.

Supposedly, Configure Toolbar is the place to go to add it back, but I 
can't find anything that refers to BCC.  

K-mail v 1.5
KDE v 3.1.0

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
