Remote desktop command?

I have a client computer (eccles) that just runs X on RH7. To access the kde
display on the main server (bluebottle) (SuSE 8.0), I type into a text
console of the client:

X -query bluebottle

bluebottle is listed in the /etc/hosts of eccles.

Bluebottle runs in runlevel 5 with a kdm login. After issuing the above
command, eccles displays the SuSE version of kdm.

Is this what you want?
