"broken addresses"

I'm having trouble sending mail using K-mail via each of 2 users.  

When I attempt to send a reply or a forward, user 1 gives me,
server "relay not permitted"
fix problem "broken address"
transport protocol: runbox

User 2 gives me,
"recipient not accepted"
server "relay not permitted"
fix problem "broken address"
transport protocol: mail.runbox.com

The addresses are good

So far I can still receive mail
