konqueror Image gallery

While trying to generate an Image Gallery with Konqueror the following I had
the following 
questions, 

	1) How has the comment file hase to look like, if additional comments  
		have to be added to the image gallery. 

	2) Is it possible to change the apperance (style) of the gallery in a 
		"easy" way ?
