Start menu and task bar customization

Hi all,

we want to customize the start menu and task bar for a standardized client such that the normal user has only as little rights as possible. Two questions have arisen so far:

- How can we disable (and make invisible) the lower entries in the start menu, i.e. execute command?

- How can we disable the usage of the right mouse button over the task bar?

Hope anybody can help us. Any hint is appreciated.
