fontconfig error

Hello!

I just wanted to ask, if someone knows what does this message mean:
Fontconfig error: Cannot load default config file

I get this message whith _all_ of the kde apps. Anyway, I don't notice
any failure in the application's fonts.
Is this a serious error message?
How can I fix this?
