.desktop file question

Hi list,

if I use the following .desktop file, I have the problem, that when konqueror 
starts, it shows a startup notify icon in kicker, but this entry itself also 
shows one, which only stops when the timeout occurs.

Is this by intention or is it a bug I should note on bugs.kde.org ?

[Desktop Entry]
Version=0.9.4
Encoding=UTF-8
Exec=kfmclient exec file:///tmp
Name    =test
Terminal=false
Type=Application

P.S.: I know that I can define X-KDE-StartupNotify=false, but is that really 
necessary ?
