non-configurability of kweather

Why in the world can I not choose what is displayed by kweather? I can choose 
the default display, or 'icon only'. Why can't I choose what goes in the 
display? I have *no* interest in barometric pressure, but I'd love to see the 
windchill (which I can get on the kweather popup when I click on it). Is 
there a way to tweak this? Or should I file a bug? If a bug, where do I file 
it? And for that matter, why can't I choose either Fahrenheit or Celsius?
