Shutdown/Reboot from KDE

I was looking for the settings at Controlcenter > System > LoginManager
> Sessions and found this:

	Allow shutdown: all
	commands:	halt = /sbin/poweroff
			reboot = /sbin/reboot

Why I cannot reboot or shutdown from kde? Where do I have to look else?
