Multiple menu items on kcontrol/konqueror/kmail; solved

This was a tough one but finally was sorted. The problem was that I had
configured kde_confdir to /etc/kde3; It seems that KDE still looks in
$KDEDIR/share/config (although make install installs in /etc/kde3), and
could not find ui_standards.rc and other files. A symlink solved the problems.
