Bug 52801 reports a similar problem and provides the following url for

there again, with anti-aliasing konqueror scrolls very slowly, but
without it exhibits much better performance.  (Mozilla scrolls very
fast and very smoothly with anti-aliasing).

Can anyone see this effect too?
