Problem - Konqueror defaults to showing the source of the web page

This could happen if the webserver (wrongly) sends a Content-type:
text/plain instead of Content-type: text/html with the document. Konqueror
uses the Content-type header to determine the type of document recieved, so
if it's recieving a text/plain document it'll show it as plain text (html
source).  If this is what is happening, the error is on the webserver.
