Can't change Konqueror browser identification

Konqueror 3.1.0, I just installed kdeaddons-3.1.  Going to Tools the 
very last option is "Change Browser Identification".  But it's the 
light color that you see when a menu item isn't active.  When I click 
on it nothing happens.  It wasn't there before I installed kdeaddons, 
so I'm heading in the right direction.  How do I get it to become an 
active menu item?
