libkcm_midi.la ???

Hi,

I'm running KDE 3.1 on a SuSE Linux 8.1 Box (Kernel 2.4.19)

In KDE, I cannot access K->Settings->Sound->Midi
(this executes "kcmshell midi")

If I execute the above, a window pops up informing me that "libkcm_midi.la" is 
not in my path.

This is correct, because I could not find it in /opt/kde3/lib/kde3

I'm wondering if this library is still part of KDE3, because when I looked for 
it with Google, I only found kdebase2 packages that included it.

Is there anybody able to help me with this?
