KAddressBook importing of CSV file ?

Hi list.  I've exported 247 contacts from Outlook 2000 using comma as field 
seperator.  I am unable to import into KAddressBook using my own field 
assignments or Outlook 2000 template provided.  Specifically, when I select 
OK within "Import Text File" dialog a "Loading Progress" indicator dialog 
gets part way through before being obscured by an "Import Progress" indicator 
that does nothing and the whole process ends with KAddressBook closing and no 
imports.

Known problem ?  Any solution ?
