You are right, i simply tried to access the archive from the list
subscription page:

	http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-devel

and was asked for a password.

So i rechecked the archive - no respone.  And i'm not going to post
it for the _third_ time.  If no one cares, so be it.
