Ugly focus (dotted rectangle)

Hi there,

is there any way to remove this ugly focus rectangle (a dotted rectangle), 
that appears for example if you click the trash can and then the desktop 
background?
It appears also after clicking on a file in konqueror and clicking somewhre 
else...

It's just ugly and reminds me too much on windows..
