kghostview in 3.1.2 does no more open files

It is a gs problem. Since KDE 3.1.2, KDE uses some new security features of 
ghostscript and those features are only available since ghostscript 6.53

You need to upgrade ghostview to at least version 6.53 (or at least 7.04 if 
you are using 7.x)
