KDE Mini-Programs don't start

Hi, 
I have a problem with the KDE Mini-Programs,
they don't start, I can see only free space for it
on the kicker.
It's only a problem of my user account,
I createt a test user, and there are no problems.
So I suppose it's a problem of configuration files
in /home/<user>/.kde/ somewhere

Recently, I killed kicker and started it again from
the konsole, and everytime when I open a miniprogram,
the following Message appears:

kicker: WARNING: KDE detected X Error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes) 
\x08
  Major opcode:  *

Does someone understand this message ?
What can I do ?

P.S. Deinstalling the single miniprogram with removal of the config-files
doesn't help.
