Changing window title bar text

I have KDE 3.1.2 on Linux. I would like the title bar on my terminal 
windows to be my current working directory only (NO " - Shell - 
Konsole"). How do I do this?

There are threads about this in these mailing lists but they are old and 
I didn't quite understand them.
