I think that's the libvorbis problem.

arts is not compatible with the libvorbis package from testing or 
unstable.
Unfortunately neither packages contains a conflict setting, so dpkg will 
replace the older libvorbis with the new one.

If you're lucky you still have libvorbis0_1.0rc3-1_i386.deb in your apt 
archive.
