USB Camera

I know why.  Your hotplug script is not giving you access to you usb
device.  Im pretty sure it's owned by root.  Try using gphoto as root, and
if you can use camera, that is the problem.  If that is so, you may want
to re-direct your questions to the Gphoto hotplug mailing list to learn
how to make the camera accessible for non-root users.
