Multiple sub konsole question

Hi,

	I would like to kame a command/script to set my development environment.
My screen look like this (with fixe fonts)

|      |      |

So i have 3 main konsoles.   What I want to do is set multiple sub konsole in 
each one (4 on top, 5 on left and 6 on right) with different titles (to be 
able to rapidly know which console do what).  I also want to go on specific 
directory (cd) on each sub konsole.

Is it posible or am I smoking good stuff?
