Nothing in Kmenu and KControl (kde 3.2 beta 2)

I used Konstruct to compile KDE 3.2 beta 2 from the sources on
my Mandrake 9.2.

I created a new user to test it and did "cd
konstruct/meta/kde; make install", so the installation was
done in ~/kde3.2-beta2.

Before launching startx, I set the variables like it is
written in the README of Konstruct :

export QTDIR=~/kde3.2-beta2
export KDEDIRS=~/kde3.2-beta2
export KDEDIR=~/kde3.2-beta2
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/kde3.2-beta2/lib
export PATH=~/kde3.2-beta2/bin:$PATH
export KDEHOME=~/.kde

When I launch it I've got this desktop :

I don't understand what is wrong...
