Yes, but in my case that's not a problem.
IIRC it's been myself who has made that association
to work around a broken Content-Type header of some web server.
So there's nothing wrong with KMPlayer itself, AFAICT.
BTW: Is there a way (using konqi's regular user interface) to force konqi to treat
a single URL as a certain mime-type even though the web server tells it otherwise?
