Install Fonts

Hi,

I found a directory in my home directory, .fonts. I copied my new fonts there, 
restarted X and the fonts showed up. This is how it works in Red Hat as well. 
I wonder if SuSE disabled the functionality in KDE's font installer in favour 
of this setup?
