Tool tip bug in KDE 3.0.5 - also in 3.1.1?

I think both bugs described in this thread are mentioned 
in this bug report and its comments: 
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43936
Could you please check if that's the case?

PS: I was able to reproduce the kicker tooltip bug both with 
KDE 3.1.1a and CVS. 
The other one reported ("close button tooltip") happened to 
me a few times but I cannot reproduce it at will.
