Konqueror does not read html

[liontechie]

it gives the following message and do not correct problem :

Property 'X-KDevelop-Language' is defined multiple times 
(KDevelop/LanguageSupport)

Running kbuildsyoca did  build the conf cache db (ksycoca file).
