Help with KControl

Hi Leher! I've had the same problem, RH8.0 and updated KDE from 3.
0.? to 3.1.1 and the root nodes in control center were incomplete,
KDE-Components missing, etc.

I found, that the main packages of KDE must be installed in the correct 
order. First kdelibs and THEN kdebase. Additionally I cleaned my 
~/.kde directory. Now it works fine.
