There are at least 2 ways to do this.
The first is to open your Control Center, go to Personal -> Session Manager,
and check 'Restore session as it was before logging out'. This will save your
session when you log out, and restore it when you login again.
The second way is to create a link in $HOME/.kde/Autostart for each app you'd
like to start on login.
